We’ve chanced on a viral video that captures the moment very dirty water was seen flowing from the tap after the Ghana Water Company finally reopened the water after three weeks of closure for maintenance.

Ghana Water Company, according to a recall, created an imaginary water shortage by claiming to be operating on one of the main supply lines that had been leaking.
People were supposed to see safe water running from their taps again after the main works were completed, which took more than three weeks instead of the normal two weeks.
Well, in a video currently making rounds on social media, a resident was heard lamenting after he opened the tap only to see a bloody substance flowing from the tap.
The video was accompanied by the caption; If this NPP Government continues like this in a few years access to clean water will be a luxury ! Mark it !!#FixMotherGhanaNow

Well, a section of Ghanaians which includes celebrities like Efi Odo, Kidi, Amaarae, Sarkodie have taken to social media to lament the incompetency of the government.
They have launched an online protest against the government, seeking proper governance. Some have complained bitterly about the education system in the country, lack of job opportunities, lack of social amenities, good roads among others.
Meanwhile, the finance minister, Hon Ken Ofori Attah has assured Ghanaians that Nana Addo is tirelessly working behind the scenes to fix the country as demanded during a press briefing he chaired yesterday.
