United were two nil down at halftime following a clinical display by Southampton with James Ward-Prowse and Jan Bednarek scoring.
But United were the better side in the second half. They pulled a goal back through Bruno Fernandes.

Then with Cavani grabbed his brace with 15 minutes to go. He scored the winner in the 92nd minute.
