Reports indicates the young man who assaulted a 65-year-old Asian-American woman has been arrested by the New York State Police Department.

The reports indicates 38-year-old Brandon Elliot was arrested on Wednesday midnight and has so far been charged on two counts of assault as a hate crime for beating the 65-year-old and repeatedly kicking her in the head.
Brandon on Monday attacked the 65-year-old Asian American woman after kicking her to the floor and repeatedly kicking her in the head and chanting ‘anti-Asian’ rants on her.
Now the disturbing news is its revealed Brandon Elliot is already on lifetime parole for the 2002 murder of his mother and was released in November 2019.
