Meet the father of Nigerian music superstar Wizkid Ayo, Alhaji Muniru Olatunki Balogun.
Alhaji Muniru is a religious cleric and wields an Islamic title ‘Mogaji Adinni’ and this is one of the reasons he had problems with Wizkid when he started his music career more than a decade ago.
Wizkid grew up in Shitta-Surelere, Lagos State, one of the children of Alhaji Muniru Olatunki Balogun’s 13 children.
His father has three wives and now a very great bond with his father after having a successful musical career.
