Actress Amara Maduka has disclosed in a recent interview that she can go raw in a movie. This simply means she can act in an adult-rated movie if the money is damn good since it’s an open secret that Nollywood is no longer lucrative.

Amara who sounded raw actually in her speech, also said she misses sekx and bemoaned the fact that her vibrator broke down which coincided with Covid-19 and subsequent lockdowns.
‘It is no longer news that Nollywood doesn’t pay (well). However, it prepares one for bigger things if one is smart. I could play x -rated roles but not in Nigerian films. We still lack the professional and emotional intelligence to pull off good x -rated movies. I do miss sekx. Of all the times for my vibrators to get broken, they decided it was during the pandemic. It’s like they planned to mess my ‘isolation’ up,’ she said.
