Nigerian actress, Halima Abubakar has come to the conclusion that men are not worth fighting for after the chaos that characterised her previous relationship.
To this end, the delectable thespian of Northern descent said she won’t publicize her new relationship while adding that she is happy that no one knows the father of her child neither do they know if she’s married.
She stated th is in an interview with Saturday Beats, noting that she is keeping her love life off social media because people are always ready to ruin other people’s beautiful relationships.
Halima said: ”Nobody knows if I’m married and it’s not something I want to involve people in. People will just see me popping (giving birth to) kids.
I don’t want to share my private life with the public. In showbiz, I can give out something different, aside from my family. Everyone must not show off their husbands or boyfriends.
Some people are always ready to crash beautiful relationships and I would not give anyone room for that. I had a similar situation with an ex but the man was foolish and childish to have listened to (naysayers). Men are not worth fighting over.”
In other news, Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda has apologized to comedian, Seyi Law for missing his show in Ekiti on Sunday.
Shmurda went AWOL on the veteran comedian in a show that was scheduled in Ekiti on Sunday, June 20. A disappointed Seyi after it dawned on him that the fast-rising singer never appeared, quickly put out a statement on Twitter, obviously furious at the turn of events.
He wrote; ”Prior to the disclaimer released by Bella Shmurda, I had paid Yemi-Oyedele Tobi whose picture appears here part-payment for Bella Shmurda to perform at my show on the 20th of June at Ado-Ekiti and now, Bella’s management has refused to recognize the payment made before their disclaimer and even rejected plea to accept a new negotiation.
