The sequel to the Miss Ghana ‘wahala’ has returned once again as report we sighted on Myjoyonline.com indicates that the first runner-up of the 2019 edition of the Miss Ghana beauty pageant has resigned from her post.
The sources say Sarah Odei Amoani handed in her letter to the organiser Inna Patty whose management of the beauty pageant continues to generate controversy.
The beauty queen is unhappy with some demands required of her, sources have said.
The decision comes barely three months after she came second to Rebecca Nana Adwoa Kwabi (winner) at the finale held July 6 at the Kempinski Hotel. Deborah Opoku Sarfo was adjudged, 2nd runner-up.
Although she wants to quit, JoyNews’ sources say the organiser, Inna Patty, is yet to give in to the conditions suggested by Miss Amoani for an amicable termination.
JoyNews have tried to reach out to the organisers but they are yet to respond to the issue and Miss Amoani has also travelled out of the country.
