An unnamed thief could probably be thanking his stars after a mob decided to give him a shovel to clean the gutters instead of giving him the instance justice we are accustomed to.
It’s not clear what this guy stole and where the incident actually happened but it’s refreshing to note that instead of setting him ablaze, they handed him a shovel to desilt the choked gutters.
According to reports, the residents of the community were kind enough to give him water to drink.
