Ghanaians, most especially members of the ruling party, the New Patriotic Party were left in a devastating moment when news broke out that Mr. Ken Ofori Atta is dead.

Earlier today there was a press release about Mr. Ken Ofori Atta going to the United States to seek a proper health check after recovering from COVID-19.
It appears the Finance and Economic Planning minister still suffers some complications even after recovery. Few hours after the press release, news broke out that the minister had died on the plane en route to the USA.
The news caused mixed reactions within the party and the fans but was quickly squashed when the wife shared a photo of herself and her husband saying they are fine.

It was indeed a piece of fake news as back at his residence, there was no sign ofsign of people trooping in to sympathize with the family.
