A woman and her son have been apprehended by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Lagos Zonal Office.

The guy is identified as Ibeh Theophilus Uche and his mother, whose name was not given were apprehended after their alleged involvement in fraud-related activities.

The money involved is about N50 million and per what we gathered, the guy is the CEO of 10 Kobo Wine Place in Ikotun, Lagos.

He was arrested while in his room in Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Victoria Island, and this was after the operatives received credible intelligence about his alleged criminal activities.

When he was interrogated, the guy who parades himself with names such as Rachael Armstrong, Keanu Reeves, Rebekah Schwarzenberger, Keanu Private, Elizabeth Hortman and Stefan Paulson, confessed to being into Bitcoin investment scam, romance scam and identity theft.

He also confessed to has so far defrauded his victims to the tune of about N50 million, since he started the criminal activities in 2020.

It was revealed during investigations that he had been using a First Bank account belonging to his mother, who is one of his accomplices, to launder the proceeds of his alleged criminal activities.

Aside from the money, other Items recovered from him include a Mercedes Benz S550 2015 Sedan car, a Lexus RX 350 SUV 2016, one iPhone 11 Pro Max; one iPhone 12 pro max; two MacBook Pro laptops; a PlayStation 5; an iPad and a small Nokia touch phone, among others.
