Mozambique top government officials have welcomed South African star, Kelly Khumalo after her arrival into the country.
Heading to her page on Instagram, Kelly shared a photo of herself corporately dressed and standing with Mozambique’s Minister of Culture and tourism Aldevina Materula and Vice Minister Fredson Bacar.
