Two Members of Parliament (MPs) have descended heavily on the Criminal Investigations Department of the Ghana Police Service to return the missing Takoradi girls to their families.

Their demand follows a press briefing that was held some weeks ago by the CID boss, Maame Yaa Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, which indicated that the missing girls have been located and will soon be reunited with their families.

The two MP’s are the MP for Sekondi, Andrew Egyapa Mercer and the MP for Ningo Prampram, Sam George.

Mp for Sekondi, Andrew was shocked as to why he is in the known that the three missing girls have been located by the CID boss yet they have not reunited with their families.

Ningo Prampram MP Sam George nevertheless, expressed faith in the police and added that they are competent, but are hesitant to return the missing girls because they may be facing a challenge.
