According to him, this incident happened to him while he was working as a radio presenter at a radio station when t he fake Mallam used to visit his studios to perform magic.

He said the spiritualist used to charm money in the studios which he sometimes shares with some of the staff in the studio.

He recalled how the Mallam had to move from Accra to Savelugu at a very dark hour on a quiet road after the Mallam invited him over to his abode in the Northern Region.

I trusted him, I moved from Accra to Savelugu… but when I got there I had to move like from Hitz FM to Taifa – a quiet road with no houses. I left my hotel with a motor around 2:am…he said this in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM.

He started doing his thing and collapsed… then they asked me to move out… they rushed me out on the motorbike and left me nowhere. I was lucky to have had a police station few miles away from me. I went there and the policeman said I was lucky they didn’t kill me. They took about GH¢ 7,000 from me

, he added.

He said after he was left with no other option than to return back to Accra, the Mallam called him again and directed him to go and swim in the sea at 12 midnight as the final ritual to pave way for cleansing.

He refused and some things they told him started having effects on his life; The psychological effect is the things they tell you can affect you. You will think you are going mad, he said.

Mr. Logic, therefore, called on the government to call off the advertisement of such content on TV and radio stations because they don’t do what they promise, adding that they are tricksters who are duping people of their money.
