The mother of Anthony Nwachukwu, one of the protesters who was allegedly gunned down at the infamous Lekki Toll Gate has broken her silence over the incident.
According to her, Anthony after he was shot by military men, was carried out by his friends who were at the Lekki toll gate on the night of the shooting, Tuesday, October.
She angrily heaped curses on Nigeria’s president, Muhammadu Buhari, and his government for saying nobody died at Lekki on that fateful day. She said; ” Nigeria, President Buhari, I can not fathom what just happened. A lot of our children, a lot of our youths were killed and you’ll lots have the effrontery, to lie to the whole world that nobody died.” “May death befalls all of you” She also thanked her son’s friends who picked him up and carried out his body. She stated that the military operatives would have carried his body like they allegedly carried other bodies of victims.
