Rising Ghanaian dancehall sensation and songwriter, Addi Self comes through with this fresh melodious tune tagged; “The Purchase”.
The song was taken off his latest body of works dubbed; “The Journey (Zongo To BBC)”. The project comes up after serving fans and music lovers with “Baba God” featuring Ghanaian gifted singer, Mugeez of R2Bees fame.
The album which spans for approximately 40 minutes embodies 15-solid and dope tracks with vocal assistance from afrobeats badman, Kelvyn Boy, dancehall sensation, Jonny Blaze, Stadic and Deerill Alldae.
Addi Self, officially called Samudeen Japharu Muhammed draws inspiration from Keith Blair (Anthony B), the legendary Bob Marley, Jacob Miller , Luciano, Chukki Star, Vybz Kartel, Busy Signal, Nija Man and Bontty Killer.
The Self Nation boss had songs like the Mi Face, Hajia, Taking Over, Forgetti with Shatta Wale. Addi Self together with Joint 77, Captan and Natty Lee were known as the SM Militants.
