Aramide, real nameAramide Sarumoh started her career under the imprint of Trybe Records in 2006 when she contested on ‘Star Quest’, a competitive music talent hunt show. She also participated in a show called ‘Divas Unplugged’ in 2008.
Aramide got signed to Baseline Music after exiting from Trybe Records in 2014. Her song, “Iwo Nikan” bagged her an award for the best female vocal performance at the Headies 2015.
Aramide has been performed at popular events and shows in United Kingdom, Canada, Dubai, Nigeria and Ghana since she rose to stardom . In 2018, remix to her song, ‘Funmi Lowo’ won an award for the Best Alternative Song at the Headies.
