A beautiful Nigerian lady has shared her harrowing tale of how she became a victim of domestic violence.
The lady known as Praise Mariya is an up and coming musician living with her parents in Abuja.
Praise Mariya posted a video of herself where she spoke about how she suffered multiple cases of abuses by her father and mother who she doubts are her real and biological parents.
According to the young lady, she stood up to defend herself one time when her father, Bishop Jude Nkemdilim Chukwumaife attempted to lay his hands on her again.

She revealed that she rebuffed and resisted him after suffering so much pain in his hands.
She added that her mother and father are always fighting at home making life unbearable as she has to now find her own way of taking care of herself and her siblings.
In the video she posted on social media, she showed the multiple bruises on her body including wounds on her breasts.
Praise tagged her mom a witch for always causing unrest at home.
