A lady is currently in distress after her fiance did the unthinkable after they have planned and set a date for their marriage ceremony, only for them to postpone it in the end.

According to the lady, they have planned and set a date for the ceremony to be held but her fiance had to disappoint her by squandering the money he has saved for the ceremony
In a leaked WhatsApp chat, a friend of the lady asked her as to why they have postponed the date of their marriage ceremony. She explained that her fiance had spent the money on sports betting and he lost the game, thus they have to postpone the ceremony.
Ever since the introduction of sports betting, the initiative has done more harm than good. Recall, we reported that a final-year student committed suicide after losing a bet he staked.
