A week or less ago, we heard news that veteran actor, Emmanuel Armah is fighting toothe and nail with his life at the Korle Bu teaching hospital here in Accra.
But trust Ghanaians to kill you even before you finally retire to eternal doom. They have killed far many people who were not even sick so this surely will not take cake.
Talk about Kyeiwaa, Daddy Lumba and even Amakye Dede, such has been done to them pathetically.
The wife of Armah apparently could not take the death toll slammed on her husband who probably has seen the ray of hope.
Speaking with Abusua FM’s Entertainment hosted by Austine Wood, Mrs Armah explained that her husband is well and will be discharged from the hospital very soon.
“My husband is not dead, there is no iota of truth in the speculations that my husband is dead, I don’t know where the rumour is coming from.
I am calling on the public to disregard the rumour. I am even with him right now at the hospital. He will be discharged on Monday.
His leg is only swollen, he’s ok, the Minister of Creative Arts and Culture Catherine Afeku, Nana Achaempong, Nana Ampadu, Miracle films, Samuel Nyamekye and a host of people in the arts and entertainment industry have all visited us in the hospital.”
