Ghanaian musician, MzVee has revealed some of the things that she has gained after leaving her record label, Lynx Entertainment some years ago.
The talented musician made this known in an interview with the popular Ghanaian celebrity blogger, Zion Felix.
According to her, she has been able to do things she likes adding that there are some things that an artiste can’t do when he or she is with a record label because it might not conform to the vision, mission and direction of the label.
She also revealed in the same interview that she receives a call from her mother every morning just to remind her about marriage.
MzVee claims she had been in two previous relationships that she thought would lead to marriage but never did, probably her reason for holding back.
She further that there is no timetable for marriage so she would prefer to take her ample time to make the right choice in selecting a groom for herself.
She said;
“Every morning she calls me I don’t know that there is a timetable for getting married. She says I have promised her since 25 and I am now getting to 29.
I cannot promise her. If I do I am dead. I do not know when I’ll get married and I feel it is not something I can just get up and do – it has to be organic. I have been in one or two relationships.
Of course, the goal is to the last point and thus marriage but I do not understand what is happening. It’s not too clear for me.”
