CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah has reportedly won his court case in Dubai and is set to be released and head to Ghana sooner than later. An appeal case was placed against the embattled businessman by an international company named Royal Horizon Diamond who have their headquarters in Dubai.
In a new court hearing which reportedly took place yesterday, July 2, the presiding judge ruled in favor of NAM1 has been awarded $39M he was owed. Menzgold’s communication executives, Stanley Koduah aka KOD was the first person to share the news on his Facebook page.
KOD said with this development, Nana Appiah Mensah is scheduled to land in Ghana and began the payment process of all Menzgold investors whose money remain locked with his company.
The head of Public Relations at Menzgold has hinted that an official statement will be released for the general public and aggrieved customers of Menzgold to this effect. Confirming the news his Facebook timeline he wrote:
“Congratulation to NAM 1 and MENZGOLD customers. NAM WON HIS APPEAL IN DUBAI. HORIZON agreed to PAY ???????????????????????? GOD is the greatest, I’m in tears”.
