On Monday, Nigerian Army reacts to the death of Alh. Salisu Ibrahim of Filin Samji, a 75-year-old man who died after been hit by the convoy of the Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Tukur in Katsina.
Ghgossip was told that the unexpected happened as Alh. Salisu was delivering wedding invitation around Mani House Junction in the state.
Col. Sagir Musa, the Acting Director of Army Public Relations sent condolences to the family of the deceased in a statement signed.

The Army spokesperson revealed that they were supposed to pick up the commander after they went for refueling of their vehicles.
He added that a committee of the Army headed by the Brigade Commander has condoled the family and will fully partake in the funeral rites of Salisu.
