Nigerians have turned female Dancehall singer Cynthia Morgan into a laughing stock after top Afrobeat star, Davido announced he has changed his phone number.

A few hours ago, Davido took to his Instagram page to make a heartbreaking disclosure about going to his private life to take care of himself after years of putting other people first before me.

To this effect, the DMW Records CEO revealed that he has changed his number so he will contact the people he will have to speak to when necessary.

However, it seems some Nigerians have taken this disclosure by Davido out of context and blown it beyond reasoning as they have taken to Twitter to mock Cynthia Morgan who Davido asked her to call him.

Perhaps some think Davido is trying to avoid Cynthia Morgan and that is why he changed his number, whilst others are of the belief he changed his number because of his leg injury.
