The Pretoria high court has vindicated former SA minister’s wife Norma Gigaba after ruling his Hawk arrest as unlawful.
Norma Gigaba was arrested on the charges of assault and damages to property after her husband Mulisi Gigabi and her friend opened a case against her. According to reports Norma damaged her husband’s friend’s car with the thought that it was for her husband. It is also said that she wrote the word cheat all over it as a result of being cheated on time and time again. But following the hearing of her case on Thursday, the judges handed out a ruling in favor of Norma. The court also ordered Norma to appear in court tomorrow and HAWKS to pay the cost of the damaged vehicle.
