Musician cum politician, Bice Osei Kuffour- professionally known as Obour is being shredded on social media for hiding the true state of her father’s health prior to his death to coronavirus.
Yes-Obuor’s father is one of the persons who have died of the deadly coronavirus disease in Ghana shortly after he returned from the United Kingdom.

Obour confirmed this on social media saying his father, Nana Osei Boansi Kuffuor passed away after doctors said he gad coronavirus.
A fragment of the statement he released says: “Nana returned from UK on 19th March after his yearly visit to the family. Upon his return he was fine but began coughing on Sunday 22nd.
“We arranged for his blood sample to be tested and he tested positive for malaria.
“We began treatment for malaria but his condition got worse. We arranged to bring him to Accra to be tested for Covid 19 at Ridge Hospital on Wednesday. They informed us that his report will be ready on Friday but we should keep him in quarantine which we did .”

However, instead of people sympathizing with him, he has been maligned for not telling Ghanaians his father had Covid-19, a situation which has exposed all the health workers who worked on him to possible risk and who in turn, have made several contacts with other people too.
