Legendary Ghanaian musician, Andrew Samini who is widely known as Samini gave a hilarious and sarcastic answer when he was asked the whereabouts of one of the artistes he introduced in the music scene, Grace Kaki Awo Ocansey who is popularly known as Kaakie.
Samini’s answer came when he was asked about Kaakie during a recent interaction with his fans on the popular micro-blogging platform, Twitter.
One of his fans asked;
“2 in 1
Where is Kaakie?
When should we expect #burningEp?”
Samini replied saying;
“She’s with her husband chale lol Odo y3 ne d3”
The 30-year-old lady who got married some months ago really gave Ghanaians some of the popular bangers some years ago.
She is a dancehall musician who signed her first record deal with Xtra Large Music. She grew up as a music lover who listened to various genres of music and did karaoke versions for many of the ones she cherished.
At the University, an opportunity came for her to feature in one of the reality shows on TV called “Stars Of The Future”.
She was part of the singing competition that run on Ghanaian TV for weeks, however, she got evicted along the way and after the show, she met up with renowned Ghanaian Sound Engineer/Executive Producer, JMJ Baby (Joshua Raphaelson) and she got signed to his record label.
