When Dr Bernard Okoe Boye was interrogated about what he was doing in front of the lotto kiosk as sighted in the picture, he said “I was on 5 hours outreach in my constituency, and whenever I’m doing this, I don’t leave anyone out because I believe some of my boys stake lotto and they would like me to interact with them when I see them. Though lotto doesn’t give me hope but I’m not against lotto staking. The picture wasn’t shot by outsider, I asked my boys to snap me then I posted it on my Facebook wall”
