A supposed man of God has been arrested by the police along with three other people for attempted grave robbery at Abura Batayaa in the Abura Asebu Kwamankese District of the Central Region.

According to reports, the pastor and the other three people were caught on Tuesday night w ith cutlasses, schnapps, shovels, eggs, boiled yam, pick-ax at a cemetery trying to loot a grave.
Confirming the news to Kasapa News, the Assemblyman of the area said that it is believed that the suspects were planning to loot a grave for skeletons for ritual purposes as directions from their priest.
He also said that the suspects claim that there was gold in the area and they were only trying to dig it up, denying the allegations of attempting to loot the graves.
Many graves in the area have been robbed in the past, according to the Assemblyman, and he accuses the gang of doing so.
