Nigerian pastor, Bulus Yakuru has been freed by his abductors just hours after deadline.

Recall that the Abubakar Shekau led faction of Boko Haram kidnapped the clergyman on December 24, 2020 in Pemi, Borno State. The attack on the community claimed the lives of seven people.

A video of Pastor Bulus which surfaced online captured the moment he pleaded with the Federal Government, friends and loved ones to help secure his release after he was given an ultimatum to secure his freedom.
