Sika Ye Mogya, a Pat Thomas hit song, was sampled in the making of ‘Just Landed In Ghana,’ the theme song for Grammy Award-winning singer Chance The Rapper’s maiden trip to Ghana.

Pat Thomas’ song Sika Ye Mogya is one of his most sampled. In the 1990s, the song was also featured in a popular National Lotteries Authority (NLA) television commercial.

Pat Thomas was also featured in the finale of Marvel Studios’ successful television series ‘Loki.’
One easy-to-miss moment that will pique Ghanaians’ curiosity occured right at the beginning of the show, which features a lot of audio samples in its intro.

Chance the Rapper had a lovely time with his fellow Chicago rapper, Vic Mensa as they hit some special places in the country and visited the seat of the president to have some discussion on how they can reel in International music stars into the country.
