Seasoned On-Air personality, Tolu Demuren better known as Toolz has disclosed that a lot of people thought her marriage had hit the rocks because she was not wearing her wedding ring.
She shared this with her colleague, Chude Jideonwo during an exclusive interview monitored by Kemi Filani news.
In her words ”After losing our first pregnancy, not long after that, I lost my dad as well. It’s one of the most traumatic things that has ever happened to me. I could not believe it was happening to me”
”Life has taught me that no matter what your circumstances are, you can go on to achieve anything. You can go on to be the best anything. Just believe in yourself. You do not owe anyone perfection. All you can do is to be the best”.
When asked what her response was after she heard news of her alleged marriage crash, Toolz said: “That was news to me. What triggered people was the fact that I wasn’t wearing my ring. I was pregnant and my finger had swollen up. And also I changed my bio to just toolz. So people put those two. Somebody even said to me that they know where he lives now, that he moved out.I told the person my husband is in the kitchen.Its one of those things that if you are in the public eye, you have to anticipate. I just get annoyed when my mom calls me and one ‘Gbeborun’ Aunty has gone to send her a link”.
