A pregnant mother of eight children has been arrested by the operatives of the police force for taking the life of her husband.
The mother called Dada committed the unthinkable act, she hacked her husband identified as Jonathan to death after a misunderstanding broke between them in the Otomi community, Uwheru in the Ughelli Local Government Area of Delta State.
It was gathered that the argument turned into a bloody fight which caused the life of the deceased after his wife reportedly stabbed him.
Without disclosing his identity, an eyewitness said Jonathan had warned his wife Dada to desist from coming home late all the time.
Speaking about the incident, the eyewitness said;
“The wife used to come home late from work and the husband had warned her to stop. On the date of the incident, the wife came home late as usual and the husband accused her of flouting his instructions.
“They started arguing on the matter, but all of a sudden, the wife took a knife and started chasing the husband till she stabbed him to death.”
