The Ghana Police service, Fire service and Armed Forces help in the screening of some travelers from Accra on their way to Sewhi.

After the President announced the partial lock down in Accra, Kumasi and Obuasi, many people in Accra sort to leaving the town to other regions the lock down didn’t affect.
Taking into consideration how risky it is going to be if these people from Accra go and spread the disease in other towns unknowingly, measures have been taken to avoid this.

One of the measures is the screening of travelers from Accra to Sewhi to make sure they are not infected with the virus before allowing them to travel but if they are, they will be quarantined.
This approach by the authorities have been highly applauded by the general public.
