A policewoman identified as Constable Maadwoa Sandra Aseidu has met her untimely death after she was allegedly stabbed by her boyfriend.

The deceased was reportedly found with a bloodstain all over her chest in a short and vest. Per what is being reported, her boyfriend who is based in Obuasi was behind the suspected murder,
A vivid account given by the landlord of the deceased who is based in Damongo indicated that the lover of the deceased caused the death of the police officer after he was told that the couple was fighting after the boyfriend came to meet another man in her room.
Speaking to DNG online, the landlord, Mahama Zakariah said; “ I was called that there was a fight in the house around 10pm but I wasn’t feeling well so I couldn’t go there and was told the husband of the deceased came and met one man there and they were fighting so later I was told that they had stopped the fight.”
The police are currently on the hunt for the boyfriend who is now a prime suspect in the murder while the body of the deceased has been deposited at the East Gonja hospital morgue for autopsy.
