Alhaji Attahiru Mohammad Ahmed, the Chairman of Zamfara State Council of Chiefs and Emir of Anka says polygamy has caused the fallings standards of educations in the country.
He made this disclosure while meeting with seventeen emirs of the state and the Chairman, Zamfara State Universal Education Board, Alhaji Abubakar Aliyu Maradun in Gusau. He advised Muslims to put make all efforts to give their children quality and quantitative education in western and Islamic education.
The Chairman restated that the traditional rulers’ support to Universal Basic Education Board in the state with regards to providing quality education to the people.
