Indeed Pope Skinny is one of the earliest rappers in the game who erected the fundamentals of the rap genre for today’s generation.
So-yeah, he contributed to the growth of Hip-life that has become attractive to today’s youth but to declare himself the best in the game is highly ridiculous and I think he could be smoking a new kind of shisha offered by his buddy Shatta Wale.

Apparently, Pope Skinny now called AsuodenGod named the best rappers in the game currently in an interview with 3FM.
He mentioned his name comes first; followed by Sarkodie, Medikal, Flowking Stone, Cabum and Eno Barony in that order.
He said;
I’m the doppest rapper. I’m the first, followed by Sarkodie then Medikal, Flowking Stone, Cabum, and Eno Barony.
He added that the rap scene in Ghana has lost its charm as rappers of today are no longer rapping.
Ghanaians are not rapping. If you know what rap is and you listen to Ghana rap, you’ll know what I’m talking about.
