Nigerian journalist, Mary-Ann Duke Okon does not see any future in journalism in Nigeria and has asserted she would like to leave the country.

She took to twitter to lament over the poor working conditions and the lack of freedom in the profession as she opined that is better to leave the shore of the country,
She tweeted: Practicing journalism in Nigeria is almost a waste of time these days, as the media is outrightly being gagged and not allowed to freely do its job. I’m officially open to working outside Nigeria, I’m seriously considering moving away and practicing anywhere else but here!.’
