Former Presidential staffer, Charles Bissue who was caught in Anas’ web some few months ago has been caught up in another scandal, and this time it is a marriage scandal.
According to sources, he is set to marry this weekend, but that isn’t the problem. The problem lies in the fact that he has several legal and illegal wives.
Per what we gathered, he is still legally married to his wife of over 15years in the UK with 5kids, he equally is traditionally married in Ghana with a kid, both of these women already don’t know each other exist, he’s got 2 kids in Nigeria as well but he never married that lady.
This was brought into the light by a Facebook user named Seth Walker.
In a recent post, Seth wrote;

So this is the story now, the engagement ceremony is supposed to take place this weekend in East Legon, her father’s house. If he knows what’s good for him, he’ll cancel this engagement scheduled for the weekend before he’s hit with the worst scandal. I’m ready to face him anywhere if he disputes this. Meanwhile this deputy minister he’s marrying this weekend is also married to another man in the states. I really haven’t seen such a scandalous relationship in my entire life. He’s already in hot soup because the wives know of this upcoming marriage and things are already happening behind the scenes.
