The President of Ghana, President Nana Addo during his fourth address indicated he has donated his 3 months pay into the Coronavirus fund.

During the address, he stated that he has established the COVID-19 fund which is aimed at addressing the financial situation of the needy and the vulnerable in this trying times.

The committee responsible for this fund is chaired by former Chief Justice, Sophia Akufo adding that he has directed the Controller and Accountant General to pay his three months salary into the fund account.

The president also revealed there is going to be a partial lockdown of Accra and its environs and some parts of Kumasi.
