There are good times and sad times in life, and this is one of the sad times as Prince Kaybee and mzansi mourns the death of innocent Edwin Etumba, who lost his life in the Wits peaceful protest.
A stray bullet caught Edwin after students of the wits university clashed with the security unit in the #feesmustfall protest.
Edwin succumbed to his bullet wounds and passed away at the scene. The news led to several mixed reactions on social media, with several celebrities, including Prince Kaybee, intervening to help students sort out their fees in these hard times.
Mr. Edwin was laid to rest today, which prompted the DJ to pay his last respect to him by sharing a photo of him on his social media page. Captioning his post, the DJ wrote: “MAY YOUR SOUL REST IN PEACE.”
Many of his fans also flooded to his comment section to pen their farewell message to the unfortunate innocent man.
