PSG reached their first Champions League semi-finals in 25 years after producing a late comeback against Atalanta on Wednesday night.

PSG scored two goals in the 90th and 93rd minute respectively to beat the Serie A side 2-1 and progress to the last four of this season’s world-cup style competition.

Mario Pasalic gave Atalanta the lead in the 27th-minute with a splendid left-footed curled effort for his 12th goal of the season.

That looked set to be enough to send Atalanta into the last-four for the first time in the club’s history, but PSG had a sting in their tail.

Marquinhos equalised in the 90th minute and just three minutes later substitute Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting won it for Thomas Tuchel’s men.

They await the winner of tomorrow’s quarter-final clash between RB Leipzig and Atletico Madrid.
