Edem has descended heavily on ace music producer and artiste manager, Mark Okraku Mantey, describing him as Opanyin Toto (a senseless elder) for being critical of Berla Mundi.
Mark incurred the wrath of the rapper when he (Mark) shared his opinion about Berla’s overall performance on this year’s Ghana Music Awards.
According to Mark, Berla’s performance was below standard and that she should have been given a supporting role instead of making her the lead host.
He said in the studios of Joy FM thus: “Per the standards and track record of Ghana Music Awards that I know, Berla Mundi should not have been the lead MC but a support.”
But in a tweet responding to Mark Okraku Mantey, Edem said “Young girl Host a Show..Did so well..Opanyin Toto no go big am up..Vibe killers ..”.
Edem proceeded to congratulate Berla Mundi for a great and suggested that he should not pay attention to Mark.
