The General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has stated that the book of condolence was removed by the government and hence prevented their Flag-bearer John Mahama from signing.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC)has opened a book of Condolence at the parties headquarters to honour the late former president Jerry John Rawlings.
