Nigerian singer, Reekado Banks has finally come out to speak publicly after Wizkid called him a “fool” and an animal.

Reekado Banks said that Wizkid might have been on something (hard drug) before making such a tweet because he finds it to be inappropriate.
He addressed the fact that Wizkid will never come out to justify his reasons for insulting him on Twitter.
It would be recalled that Wizkid had to postpone the date for the release of his fourth studio album dubbed “Made In Lagos” due to the #ENDSARS protest going on in Nigeria.
The beef started when Reekado Banks tweeted that his latest song which features Wizkid himself will be out soon.
He tweeted; “Out of control, gbedu must drop. Dis one wit my brother @wizkidayo “OMO OLOMO” midnight dropping Fire Still on di matter !!! #EndSWAT #EndSARS #EndPoliceBrutality.”
In reaction to the tweet, Wizkid descended on Reekado Banks, warning him to delete the tweet because it wasn’t necessary at that point in time.
“Delete dis dude ! I no fit believe say you even dey do dis at a time like dis. Old song ! #endsars f**l!” he tweeted.
He went forward to call Reekado Banks an animal.
Reekado Banks however said that he believes Wizkid was on hard drugs before making such a tweet.
