Recall, Oduma accused the Lynx Entertainment signee of stealing the concept and element of his single “Show Body” which he released in July 2020, followed by a video in September 2020.

He has dragged Kuami Eugene to the Accra High Court, asking for a tune of GHC120,000 for damages for the cost of the production of the song and the music video.

Speaking with Adom TV, Oduma has lamented that Kuami Eugene is fond of stealing other people’s songs, thus he needs to be stopped immediately.

He asserted that the likes of Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale rose to prominence without stealing anyone’s song.

He further stated that Kuami Eugene released his song to counteract his song after his song has gone viral all over Africa.

Oduma also said that Ruchie Mensah has no right to make claims that there are no similarities between his song and that of Kuami Eugene because he is not a judge.

However, he revealed that they are to appear before the court after 21 days.
