The Rivers Police Command has confirmed that they have killed three suspected kidnappers.
The report also revealed that these suspected kidnappers engaged the police in a gun battle after their failed attempt to kidnap passengers of an 18-seater bus.

Confirming the news, Spokesman of the Rivers State Police Command, SP Nnamdi Omoni said;
“A manhunt has been launched for the arrest of the fleeing members of the armed robbery gang. Weapons recovered at the scene include, one locally made single barrel gun and rounds of live Cartridges.”
