In as much there are winners in any awards scheme, there are also losers. Most of these losers can be considered as winners because getting nomination alone proves that at least their works were really recognized.
We look at top 7 nominees at the 2019 edition of the Rigworld Training Center Western Music Awards (RTCWMA 2019) who got nominated but failed to win an award.

07. Nero X
Joseph Nkrumah Buabeng popularly know in showbiz as Nero X couldn’t win an award this year. Nero X has a total of 3 wins from the last two editions. He won Highlight Artiste of the year in 2018 and won most popular song of the year with Osey and highlife artiste of the year all in 2017. Nero X who is set to release his first album this year had 7 nominations at the just ended Western Music Awards.
06. Bobo Dada Bee
Undoubtedly one of the best performers for the 2018 edition of the RTC Western Music awards, Bobo Dada Bee stood high among with his peers with ‘Masei Bebia’ and ‘Guy Guy’ which featured Ayesem. Bobo Dada Bee had 4 nominations this year including best Collaboration of the year but its rather unfortunate he couldn’t bag any of the awards. Bobo Dada bee is set to release another banger which features Nemisis Loso and AMG Business artiste, EverGreen.
