Ruslan Tymofieiev is a serial entrepreneur, investor, founder of the venture builder CLUST, and managing partner of the venture fund Adventures Lab.

Birthplace and Education

Ruslan Tymofieiev was born on June 3, 1991, in Makiivka, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine. He studied at Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University in Kharkiv. In 2013, he graduated with a degree in law.

Career

He started working at the age of 18. He began with promoting public pages on social networks, gaining experience in internet marketing at its inception.

In 2012, the young entrepreneur, together with a partner, founded the CPA network Everad in the Health & Beauty niche. There, Ruslan Tymofieiev was responsible for operational processes: marketing and attracting new audiences. The business quickly developed, won international awards, and entered the markets of 45+ countries. In 2019, Ruslan Tymofieiev sold his stake in Everad and focused on investing.

The first investments were made in a startup in 2014, gaining experience in investing since then. In 2019, together with a partner, he founded the venture fund Adventures Lab. Currently, the Adventures Lab portfolio includes startups such as Reface, Deckrobot, Salo, Onenotary, Narrativebi, and others, with the total investment in startups exceeding $15 million.

In 2022, Ruslan Tymofieiev founded the venture builder CLUST to launch and develop Ukrainian IT businesses and introduce new products to the markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the USA. One of the first such products was the well-known Ukrainian vitamin brand Perla Helsa, which CLUST helps to enter the Polish market.

Patronage

Ruslan Tymofieiev aims to develop Ukrainian products and create new jobs. He believes in fostering future IT professionals from school, so he supports math Olympiads, encouraging children and teenagers to develop.

After the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, to ensure a safe educational process in universities, in 2022 he initiated the project of innovative shelters for students CLUST SPACE. The first shelter was opened in the library of the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in January 2023. Shelters are also planned in Dnipro, Odesa, Sumy, and Kharkiv.

Hobbies

Ruslan Tymofieiev is interested in contemporary art and collects paintings. Also, in 2021, he founded the futsal club, which competes in the Extra League of Ukraine.
