The interesting twists and turns associated with this year’s World Cup continued as Belgium shocked Brazil in the quarter finals with a comfortable 2-1 win book a semi final berth in the ongoing FIFA World Cup.

Belgium capitalized from a set-piece to make it 1-0 when Fernadihno scored an own goal. Vincent Kompany got his head onto the corner at the near post and it takes a touched off what looks to be Fernandinho’s elbow and beats Alisson.

Belguim increased their tally when Fellaini headed the ball away to Lukaku who charged all the way through midfield and beat a couple of markers.

The Manchester United striker then located Kevin De Bruyne perfectly just outside the area, and the midfielder takes an absolutely superb shot which beat the keeper.

Brazil reduced the deficit when Renato Augusto nodded a Coutinho cross when it was left ten minutes to end the game.
