Ghanaian Dancehall artiste, Samini has cemented his legendary status by winning the Album of the Year at Reggaeville after impressively beating stiff competition from world acclaimed stars like Stephen Marley, Protoje, Kabaka Pyramid, Mr. Vegas, Agent Sasco, Jesse Royal, Alborosie, Ziggy Marley, Spice and others.

Reggaeville in announcing the results from the polls said: “In our Reader‘s Poll, you told us which stories have touched you the most, and were surprised by the winner – Samini is the first ever African artist to top our poll with his album Untamed!…”

Samini’s Untamed (it contains 22-tracks) was released last year in December and it’s his seventh studio album over a span of 18-years in the music industry.

Congratulations to the Highgrade Family boss!
